Transparency is our Commitment to honesty and openness in our efforts to uncover and share untold stories on Prairie View’s campus ensuring that the information provided is accurate, unbiased, and accessible.

Quality

Quality signifies the organization’s dedication to delivering well-researched, credible, and impactful narratives. By maintaining high standards in our storytelling and advocacy, PV Untold ensures that every product, or initiative reflects excellence and professionalism.

Consistemcy

Reliability for addressing historical myths and systemic issues on campus ensures that the organization remains steadfast in its mission. A culture of trust and accountability must be maintained to continuously provide dependable results.

Our Mission

PV Untold is an organization dedicated to addressing and correcting historical myths on the Prairie View campus, aiming to promote awareness of untold stories that affect student experiences. With a commitment to transparency, quality, and consistency, it serves underrepresented voices by providing them with a platform for advocacy. This organization thrives on collaboration with faculty, alumni, and other campus groups to enhance its impact and sustainability.

About Us

PV Un-Tolds Why?

PV Untold, is needed for Prairie View A&M University’s campus as it aims to address a critical need to preserve and amplify the voices of students, whose stories have  been overlooked, and suppressed  By focusing on uncovering untold stories and correcting historical myths, PV Untold ensures that the legacy of PVAMU is accurately represented and celebrated. PV Untold provides a platform for these individuals to share their experiences, to hopefully build a stronger sense of belonging and community, which is crucial for creating an inclusive campus environment. Systemic issues, such as underfunding, resource allocation, and institutional biases, continue to affect HBCUs. By raising awareness of these challenges through firsthand accounts and advocacy, PV Untold helps bring attention to areas that require change. This can lead to more informed decision-making by administrators and stakeholders. PV Un-Told not only informs the campus community but inspires action encouraging students, faculty, and alumni to advocate for positive change.

When Can I watch:

 Operating on a seasonal model, PV-Untold releases videos monthly, ensuring a steady flow of fresh material for our audiences. Each season consists of 8 carefully curated episodes, designed to tell compelling stories that explore unique perspectives, and provide valuable insights into the stories given. This approach allows the organization to focus on quality storytelling and production. By adhering to this consistent schedule, PV-Untold establishes itself as a reliable source of entertainment and information, following the schoolyear.
